I hope you’re well. For the avoidance of any doubt, there will sadly be no events held in the Hall until after Easter. All events planned for after Easter will remain pencilled in, with a ‘one month cancellation’ policy in place.
To clarify, the next review of national COVID restrictions by the Government will be on 15 February, with every indication that restrictions will stay in place until at least late March. I will be informing staff of any changes to our working arrangements following the Government review next month as well as confirming whether members are able to come to the Hall for hybrid meetings.
I appreciate that everyone will take a view as to when things will return to normal; guessing is a luxury we all have. However we need certainty around holding events to assist everyone in their planning, hence the unfortunate but realistic cancellation policy until after Easter.
Also, please be aware that anyone visiting the Hall should now wear face masks in all public areas until further notice.
We still of course have our ever popular online events and so fellowship opportunities continue regardless of COVID.
